Life has a way of testing us. Sometimes, it pushes us farther than we ever thought we could go.
For me, that test came after surviving 21 heart surgeries in just five years. During that time, my career in cosmetology, which I built over 15 years, was forced to end. Following my last surgery, I was placed on oxygen therapy and fitted with a life-saving microchip implant that now controls my circulatory system.
Because of the challenges, life looked uncertain.
I faced kidney failure, massive fluid buildup, and was sent home under hospice care with only two weeks left to live after spending 5 years fighting my misdiagnoses.
However, my family and I refused to accept that fate. Acting on strong intuition, we transferred to another hospital. After a grueling 12-hour emergency surgery, I woke up alive and healing.
That experience changed me from the inside out.
Although I qualified for disability, I wanted more than survival. I wanted to build something better — not just for me, but for the family that stood by my side.

While recovering, I spent over a year in the hospital writing a new plan for my life.
I enrolled in college, studied hard, and eventually shifted into the tech world. Even during COVID-19, I stayed focused, transferring to a technology college and laying the foundation for something new.
As a result, Echo Effect Marketing & SEO was born — a brand rooted in resilience, growth, and a drive to create real change.
